1. Login to the GlobeOne app
2. Click on the pop-up or promo card
3. Select promo and proceed to checkout

Via GCash

1. Login to the GCash App
2. Select “Buy Load” 
3. Enter mobile number
4. Select promo and proceed to checkout

1. Dial *143#
2. Select your GoEXTRA of choice
3. Proceed to register
    

Yes! GoEXTRA can be used with your other Prepaid promos such as Go and Go+.

Yes! You can register to GoEXTRA as many times as you want. Just note that the promo expiry will follow the validity of the latest GoEXTRA you availed.

Yes, that’s correct! The 5G freebie will automatically be included in your promo. No need to claim separately.

To enjoy the 5G freebie, make sure that you are using a 5G-capable SIM, a 5G device, and are in a 5G area. For more information on 5G, you may visit Globe's 5G page.

If you don’t have a 5G capable device or are in a 5G area, you can still surf with your data for all sites!

You can check the status and remaining balance of your promo by opening your GlobeOne app, or by texting DATA BAL to 8080.
