You may check it by SIM CHECK to 8080, a message will be sent back to you regarding the type of SIM inserted in your device.
Do I get charged by doing SIM check?
Nope! This is absolutely free of charge.
How many times can I request for SIM check?
You can check it 5X in day but if you'll try on the 6th time, you'll receive a notification that you've already reached the maximum limit of sim checking.
If I'll upgrade, I want to retain number, is this possible?
Yes. You may still retain and keep your number.
What do I need to present when I visit the store?
You can bring your old sim and present the text message regarding the upgrade to LTE notification.
What if I deleted the message?
Our Globe store representative may still assist you. Just make sure to bring your old SIM.
