Customers who will enroll in the All-New Rewards program will receive a Welcome Pack which includes FREE Gokens to kick things off.If you’re already part of the program, you’ll receive FREE Gokens so you can jump right in and start playing. Regular Gokens will expire after 180 days (or 6 months).
Bonus Gokens earned through special campaigns might have a shorter expiration period.
You can always check your GlobeOne app to stay updated on your Gokens expiration date, so you can use them before they expire.
Kindly check your Play Store or App Store to see if an app update is available. If you’ve updated but still don’t see the Goken Zone, you can try checking again. Don't worry; we’re working hard to ensure that all our customers can access the new Goken feature on their devices.
Gokens can only be used to play games in the Goken Zone, while your Rewards points can be redeemed for your favorite telco offers, vouchers, and discounts.
Converting or swapping to Rewards points will be available soon!

Once an account is terminated or deactivated, any remaining Gokens are forfeited, and you can no longer transfer or claim them on a new account.In case you reactivated your account, kindly register it again and join to begin enjoying the benefits of the Rewards program.
