How Digital Vouchers Work
- Globe Rewards vouchers are alphanumeric codes with cash value.
- You can use them as store credits online or in partner stores.
- Validity varies by partner, but it’s usually valid for at least 60 days.
- Once expired, the code will no longer appear in your View Voucher section in the GlobeOne app.
Where to Find Your Code
- After redeeming, you’ll get a confirmation message from 4438.
- These messages no longer include links—just the details.
- To check your voucher’s validity and other info, go to the View Voucher section in the GlobeOne app.
- Tip: Using mobile data outside the app may incur charges.
Important Reminders
- Each voucher can be used only once and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other promos or discounts.
- Globe and its partners (Giftaway or ShareTreats) won’t replace expired or used codes.
- Always check the promo details and terms before redeeming.
Eligibility and Limits
- You must be enrolled in the All-New Globe Rewards program.
- To join, just tap Redeem Rewards in the GlobeOne app and hit Join Now.
- If you have multiple mobile numbers, the number used at the time of redemption will receive the code.
- Some offers can even be sent as a gift, so look for the Send as Gift option.

Don’t Let Your Points Expire!
- Rewards points from the previous year expire the following year.
- Always check the Redeem Rewards section in the GlobeOne app to use them before they’re gone.

In the app, each reward includes:
- Promo Description: What’s included in the treat.
- Validity Period: Until when you can redeem the reward.
- Eligibility: Which customers can avail.
- Terms and Conditions: Guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free redemption.
- DTI Permit Number: Legal approval for the promo.
After redeeming, you’ll get a message from 4438 confirming your reward. It will also mention:
- Instructions to check the View Voucher section in the GlobeOne app
- Code Validity: How long the code can be used at partner stores/website, or app.
- Redemption Limitations: The number of times a code can be used.
Share Treats lets you send and redeem everyday treats through mobile gifting.
To use your code:
- Redeem via the GlobeOne app and check your 4438 confirmation.
- Show the code to the store staff (you can display, print, or read it aloud).
- Use it before it expires (usually within 60 days).

Treat Code Basics
- Each code is unique and tied to a specific item or amount.
- It’s valid for one-time use only.
- No change will be given if the full value isn’t used.
- If your purchase exceeds the code value, just pay the difference.
Gifting and Sharing
- You can forward or gift your unused treat code to someone else.
- The recipient is responsible for keeping the code safe and secure.
- Only present the code when ready to redeem it at the store.
Where and How to Use
- Valid for dine-in and takeout only (not valid for Drive-Thru, Delivery, or Kiosks).
- Add-ons and upsizes are not allowed with treat codes.
- If the store’s validation system is offline, the code can't be used until the system is back online.
Redemption Rules
- For Jollibee and McDonald’s, you can use up to three (3) treat codes per transaction.
- Multiple redemptions per day are allowed (excluding BUY or Points-as-Cash redemptions).
Your Privacy Is Safe
- Stores will only collect the treat code for validation.
- Your personal details will not be shared.

Giftaway is a digital gift voucher with a unique code you can use to redeem a product, service, or store credit at selected partner stores or apps.
To use your code:
- Go to the GlobeOne app and check the View Vouchers section.
- Tap SHOW CODE to reveal your eGift code.
- Use the code at checkout on the partner’s app or website, or present it in-store at participating branches.
- You can also tap the eGift link to open the redemption page directly in your browser or partner’s app.

- Your internet connection isn’t stable, so try again when you have a better signal or data.
- You don’t have enough points to claim the offer.
- The offer may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand.
Some reminders:
- During Flash Deals, only Flash Deal offers will show up. Check back after the promo ends for regular offers.
- Some partner offers have eligibility rules (e.g., account type restrictions).
- If you deleted the 4438 confirmation message or missed the code, just check View Vouchers in the GlobeOne app.
