For Globe Business Customers:
- The account holder can request unlocking as long as their subscription is out of contract and there are no remaining balances from their previous bill.
For Globe Postpaid Customers:
- There’s no need to request unlocking; devices will be automatically unlocked after the contract expires.
For Prepaid Customers:
- You need to provide the IMEI of your Globe-issued handset (from a prepaid phone kit) and have an active Globe mobile number.
For Globe Postpaid customers:
No request is needed. Your device will unlock automatically after your contract expires. Here’s how you can check if your device is unlocked:
- Insert a non-Globe SIM card into your device.
- Restart your phone.
- Ensure that your mobile data is turned on or you’re connected to Wi-Fi.

For Globe Prepaid customers:
You can request unlocking at Globe stores, via the hotline, or online through Globe Telecom’s Facebook Chat.
