Globe Postpaid customers can enroll directly with our partner banks: BDO, BPI, Citibank, EastWest Bank, Metrobank, RCBC, Security Bank, Union Bank, and HSBC.

Globe Postpaid account should be active in status upon enrollment in the Auto Pay Program.

Enrollment to the Auto Pay Program will be processed within five to seven business days. The charging will take effect on the next bill period.

Any unpaid balance from the time of enrollment must still be settled via our other payment channels
