GPlan Junior 499 Terms and Conditions 


These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription, use, and management of the GPlan Junior 499 postpaid plan (“GPlan Junior 499”). By applying for or using the service, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated herein.
 

  1. Plan Description 

    GPlan Junior 499 is a postpaid additional line designed for children and student dependents of eligible Globe Postpaid subscribers. It provides controlled connectivity with parental oversight and is not available as a standalone postpaid plan. 


    Monthly Plan Inclusions 

    Subscribers will receive the following inclusions per billing cycle: 

    • Unlimited calls to all networks
    • Unlimited SMS to all networks
    • 100 minutes of calls to landline numbers
    • 10 GB open access mobile data
    • Unlimited access to selected apps based on chosen categories (1 each)
      • Video: YouTube Kids, Netflix, Disney+, Viu
      • Social: Viber, WhatsApp
      • Play: PUBG, Call of Duty, Discord, Roblox
    • Unlimited access to FB Messenger Kids and Mobile Legends
    • Data rollover and data swapping features
    • SIM-only plan
    • No contract period 

     

    Only selected applications qualify for unlimited access. All other usage will be deducted from the 10 GB data allocation or applicable add-on data.
     

  2. Eligibility Requirements 

    To qualify for GPlan Junior 499, all conditions below must be met: 


    Parent or Guardian Eligibility 

    • Must be an existing and active Globe Postpaid subscriber of PLANS 999 and up
    • Account must be in good credit standing with no overdue balance
    • Application must be made by the parent or legal guardian of the dependent 


    Dependent Eligibility 

    • Must be aged 7 to 20 years old
    • Must be declared by the parent or legal guardian as the plan user
    • Proof of identity and age is required upon application
       
  3. Required Documents 

    Parent/Guardian must present the following documents as proof of their direct relationship to the dependent and to verify the child’s age: 


    If Parent: 

    • PSA Birth Certificate
    • Valid ID (Student ID, Passport, National ID) 


    If Legal Guardian: 

    • Legal Document of Proof of Guardianship
    • Valid ID of Dependent (Student ID, Passport, National ID) 


    Globe reserves the right to request additional documents when necessary. Further, Globe has the sole discretion to approve or disapprove the application, subject to its policy and applicable laws and regulations.
     

  4. Plan Structure and Relationship to Main Plan 

    GPlan Junior 499 functions strictly as an additional line attached to a qualified Globe Postpaid main plan. 


    Key Relationship Rules 

    • The plan cannot exist independently of the main plan.
    • The plan is approved based on the eligibility of the main plan.
    • The plan is intended exclusively for dependents and cannot serve as a primary postpaid plan.
       
  5. Co-Termination Policy 

    The GPlan Junior 499 subscription is linked to the status of the parent’s main postpaid plan. The following conditions apply: 

    • If the main plan is voluntarily terminated, GPlan Junior 499 will also be terminated.
    • If the main plan is downgraded below the eligibility requirements, GPlan Junior 499 will be discontinued.
    • If the parent account loses eligibility status, the Junior plan cannot continue.
       

    Termination of the Junior plan by request does not automatically affect the main plan.
     

  6. Multiple Additional Lines 

    Subscribers may apply for multiple GPlan Junior 499 lines, subject to: 

    • Credit evaluation
    • Financial capacity
    • Applicable credit limit policies 


    Approval remains subject to standard Globe credit policies. 
     

  7. Plan Activation and Availment 

    GPlan Junior 499 may be obtained through Globe Stores upon submission of requirements and eligibility validation. Customers may avail through any of the following: 

    • Adding to an existing eligible Globe Postpaid plan
    • Applying for a new eligible Globe Postpaid plan and Junior plan simultaneously
    • Upgrading an existing plan to meet eligibility requirements 


    The plan cannot be applied for as a new standalone subscription.
     

  8. Usage Rules and Data Policy

    Data Consumption 

    • Unlimited access applies only to selected apps
    • General browsing and other applications consume open data allocation
    • Once 10 GB is fully consumed, data add-ons may be purchased. 


    Monitoring and Control 

    • The Parent/Guardian may monitor usage through the GlobeOne app.
    • Usage shall be subject to Globe’s fair use and network policies and the relevant laws and regulations.
       
  9. Plan Movement and Conversion

    Allowed 

    • GPlan Junior 499 may be upgraded to a regular Globe Postpaid plan subject to Globe’s business policies. 


    Not Allowed 

    • Conversion of a regular Globe Postpaid plan into GPlan Junior 499
    • Downgrading a main plan to become ineligible while retaining the Junior plan
       
  10. Devices and SIM Options 
     
    • The plan is primarily SIM-only.
    • eSIM availability may be offered where supported.
       
  11. Billing and Charges 

    • Monthly recurring fee: ₱499
    • Additional charges may apply for:
      • Data beyond allocation
      • Premium services
      • Roaming services where applicable
      • Add-on services requested by the subscriber 

     

    All charges will be billed under the parent’s Globe Postpaid account.
     

  12. Termination by Subscriber 

    The Parent/Guardian may request termination of the GPlan Junior 499 at any time, subject to: 

    • Settlement of all outstanding balances
    • Compliance with applicable account policies 


    Termination of the Junior plan does not terminate the main plan.
     

  13. Age Eligibility Monitoring 

    The plan is intended for users aged 7 to 20. Globe reserves the right to: 

    • Request updated documentation when necessary
    • Recommend upgrade to a regular postpaid plan when the dependent exceeds the eligible age range
       
  14. Liability and Responsible Use 

    The Parent/Guardian: 

    • Accepts full responsibility for usage and charges
    • Ensures the plan is used by the declared dependent
    • Ensures lawful and responsible use of services 


    Globe reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for misuse, fraud, or violation of service policies, laws, and regulations.
     

  15. Service Availability and Modifications 

    Globe reserves the right to modify plan features, promo period, inclusions, or policies when necessary for operational, regulatory, or service improvement purposes.
     

  16. Acceptance of Terms 

    Application, activation, or continued use of GPlan Junior 499 constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Globe Postpaid policies.
