FAQ

Who can subscribe to ONEPlan?

This offer is open to both new and existing Globe Postpaid customers. Existing Postpaid customers may subscribe to ONEPlan via change plan or re-contracting. 


However, existing Globe At Home customers are NOT eligible for ONEPlan.

If I avail of ONEPlan, what happens after my lock-up period?

After the lock-up period of 24 months, ONEPlan customers will continue to be charged the same Monthly Service Fee and enjoy the same broadband and mobile inclusions, but they will not receive a new device unless they request a plan renewal.

Can I upgrade the Broadband Plan under ONEPlan?

Sorry, upgrading your broadband plan is currently NOT allowed. We'll inform you on the new offers and services once available.
