To enjoy VoWiFi and VoLTE, you only need to check the following:


Check if your device is capable of VoWiFi and VoLTE.


Check if your SIM is VoWiFi and VoLTE-capable by simply filling out a form.

Coverage Area

Enjoy VoWiFi with a WiFi connection of at least 512 Kbps. For VoLTE, Globe has enabled sites in most areas nationwide and will roll out in more areas soon.

How do I apply for VoLTE/VoWiFi?

Starting November 17,  we've started providing VoLTE and VoWiFi to eligible Globe postpaid customers.

If you're a Postpaid customer who's currently using an LTE SIM, a VoLTE or VoWiFi-capable device, and resides in or frequently visits the areas listed below, you may request for VoLTE activation via the GlobeOne app. Just go to Quick Actions > Help Center > Search for VoLTE > I want to activate my VoLTE/VoWiFi service >Raise a Concern. You may also visit any Globe store in the areas mentioned below or through Globe's official social media accounts.

How will I know if I'm connected to VoLTE/VoWiFi?

To know if you're connected to VOLTE:

  • On Android phones, you should be able to see the VoLTE icon in home screen beside your cell signal bar.

  • On iPhones, you should be able to see LTE icon even during calls.

  • On Android phones, you should be able to see the VoWiFi icon beside your WiFi signal bar.

  • On iPhones, you should be able to see VoWiFi beside the Globe signal when you swipe down from the top and in your lock screen.

Will there be additional charges if I use VoLTE/VoWiFi?

We won't be charging additional fees for VoLTE. If you're registered to an unlimited call promo within Globe, you can also have unli VoLTE calls within Globe.

There won't be additional charges for VoWiFi either. These calls will be charged just like a regular call.
