Globe rolls out free roaming packages to customers who may have experienced limited access to roaming services recently.
On June 4, the Globe network experienced a one day disruption on its roaming services.
With services now fully restored, Globe is offering a complimentary roaming package to all affected customers detected abroad during the period. The package includes 1GB of all-access data, 15 minutes of calls, and 15 SMS credits, all valid for seven days.
The offer requires no registration and will be automatically seeded to eligible Globe Prepaid, TM and Postpaid customers. A confirmation message will be sent to notify recipients once the free roaming offer is ready for use.
To enjoy the benefit, customers must ensure they are connected to Globe’s preferred roaming partners in their respective countries.
