Renato “Ato” Jiao, Chief Human Resource Officer of Globe Telecom, has been named one of ETHRWorld Southeast Asia’s HR Icons 2026. The recognition recognizes the top 100 HR leaders in the region who are redefining human resources as a strategic driver of organisational growth, workforce transformation, and business resilience. It celebrates executives who demonstrate measurable organisational impact, thought leadership, and influence in shaping the future of work.

 

Under Jiao’s leadership, Globe has strengthened its people-first culture, guided by malasakit, trust, and empowerment. He oversees programs that champion employee engagement, leadership development, and overall health and well-being while equipping teams to navigate rapid technological and regulatory changes.
