The Step-by-Step Upgrade Experience

Here’s how you can get your phone upgrade.
- Request your upgrade. Go to Globe’s partner page for Flagship Forever, log in with your Globe number, and choose “Upgrade.” You will receive a one-time password to verify your account.
- Tell us your phone’s condition. Answer a few questions about your current device. If repairs or a virtual switch are needed to proceed, service fees may apply.
- Schedule the assessment. Provide your address, so a Device Assessment Specialist can check your phone at your preferred location. You’ll receive a summary, assessment report, and payment confirmation via email.
- Prepare your device. Back up your data, remove your SIM, turn off Find My Phone or similar, and disable any screen locks before the exchange.
- Exchange and pick up. Head to the nearest Globe store or coordinate with your Platinum Relationship Manager to hand over your old device and get your new phone. If processed via your Relationship Manager, you have a 30-day window to return your old unit.
- Enjoy your upgrade. Your plan includes protection through Gadget Xchange or Device Protection, so you can use your new phone with confidence.
