Buy or borrow load with your GCash account. you can even send load to a friend. Download the GCash app via Google Play (for Android) or App Store (for Apple).

After creating your account, select “Load.” You can also text LOAD <amount> <PIN> and send it to 2882. To send load to another prepaid number, just send LOAD <amount> <PIN> and send to 2882+10 digit number.

Another convenient way is to load up through GlobeOne, which you can easily download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store as well.

To reload using call cards, you can visit any load retail outlet, Globe Business Center or the Globe Online Shop. These are available in three variants: ₱100, ₱300, and ₱500. Once you get it, scratch off the gray panel to get the PIN and call card number. Next, dial 223 and then press SEND. Enter the card number and press # as instructed by the voice prompt. Do the same for the PIN. The voice prompt will then confirm whether the amount has been loaded successfully.

Globe Prepaid and TM users can easily reload their prepaid numbers using ATM, mobile, online and phone banking. It’s the best option if you don’t want to transact in cash. Affiliated banks include BPI, Bancnet, BDO, Citibank, China Bank and Metrobank.

Use e-pins to load up your prepaid phone. E-pins are similar to call cards, but instead of a physical call card, you’ll receive a secured paper slip or text message. This message contains the card number and PIN needed to reload your prepaid balance. You can visit RCPI outlets to get text-a-PIN. Meanwhile, 7Eleven, Eunilane Supermarkets and RCPI outlets offer paper slip e-pins.

To use an e-pin, dial 223 and press SEND. Enter the card number and press #. Do the same for the PIN.
