What are the available payment options inside GlobeOne?

Pay your bills, buy load and promo conveniently and experience real-time posting using the existing options such as GCash, credit card and debit card.

Upon successful payment, a payment page with reference number in the GlobeOne app that you can copy will be shown as GLAxxxxxxxxxxxx. You’ll also receive a text/email confirmation from the following official senders:

  • GLOBE_BILL
  • GLOBEATHOME
  • Partner banks notification


You need a copy of the official receipt? To request, just follow the steps below:

  • Your official receipt will be available for viewing and downloading via the GlobeOne app, 2-3 days after your payment is posted.
  • To view your updated balance and payment history via GlobeOne:
    • Select your enrolled account > Go to My Transactions> Bill Payments

I paid using e-wallet/bank transfer. How come I’m receiving messages from Xendit and is this safe?

Absolutely! Our payment options are powered by Xendit, which is our official payment gateway.


Xendit acts as a third party partner providing Globe payment options and processes to offer customers simple, secure and easy payments for everyone.


We can assure you that your information using these payment options are confidential and protected and will not be used for any other purpose.

What if I didn’t receive my OTP?

Specific merchant partners may require an OTP to proceed with the transaction. Just make sure you have a stable and strong network connection to proceed with your transaction and receive the OTP.

Where can I report issues about my payment transactions?

We’re available to assist you anytime using the HELP section via the GlobeOne app. Go to the MORE button found at the bottom of your app main dashboard, search for the HELP icon, then tap the Get Help button. You’ll be immediately redirected to our official chat support page.
