GlobeOne is intended to be the digital companion for all your Globe needs. It allows you to monitor all your Globe accounts, be it Postpaid, Prepaid/TM or Broadband.
With GlobeOne, you’ll be able to track your usage and bill, request for service modification and pay your bill.
For now, only Postpaid, Prepaid and TM customers can use the first beta release of GlobeOne. In the coming months, this will also become available to Globe At Home customers as features are continuously added.
The (new) GlobeOne is both accessible via web and app; via web at www.globe.com.ph/globeone and via app by downloading it at AppStore and Play Store.
When adding an account, GlobeOne will send a one-time PIN via text to the number being enrolled. Just key in the PIN within the duration stated in the text.
Yes. You can sign up for the new GlobeOne web and app using your existing MyAccount credentials.
Your previously enrolled accounts in MyAccount won’t display in GlobeOne so you’ll have to add these accounts again.

For now, enrollment is open to Globe Postpaid, Prepaid, and TM accounts. You may enroll / add your Load Tipid Plans and myStarter Plans in the coming months. Don’t worry, we’ll definitely notify you through GlobeOne.

If you haven’t yet reset your password or created an account, please follow the latest email reminder that will give the final set of instructions for those who use their social media account to log in, and those who use their email address for signing in.
Once you’re signed in, your previously enrolled accounts will be waiting for you inside GlobeOne. Also, you can now use these credentials across the Globe website and the GlobeOne web and app as well.

> A verification email will be sent to your registered email address.
> Click the link found in the verification email and nominate a new password.
> Your new password should fit the set parameters to be accepted.

Once reset, you can use this across the Globe website and the GlobeOne web and app.
No, you won’t be required to change your password. You can just click the icon corresponding to your social login and sign in as you normally would to log in.
No, this shouldn’t affect your nominated PIN.
You can use your social media accounts - Facebook, Yahoo! or Google - to log in as long as you link these with your enrolled accounts.
Before logging in, please create an account using your email address first by tapping “Create account” in the landing page and follow the rest of the instructions.
- To link your social login, click the button of your preferred social media account - Google, Facebook or Yahoo! Mail in the landing page.
- In the Merge/Link Account screen, type your social media login and tap Link Account
- Enter the email address you originally registered with in the username field and click SIGN IN
- Once linked, you'll be redirected to the GlobeOne dashboard where your previously enrolled accounts, if any, will be waiting for you.
Yes, you can. Just link your initially registered email address to your social media logins. If you use a different email address, you'll need to create a new account.
Yes, you can as long as you use the same email address that you initially registered with.
You may login using your social media account and access your enrolled accounts if your social login uses the same email address that you used for your initial registration.
You might have entered your password incorrectly.
You'll be allowed three (3) login attempts and if all attempts are unsuccessful, please wait 30 minutes to try again.
If the re-login is still unsuccessful, please click the Reset Password button and follow the steps to change your password.
Remember to set a password that is
