Registration is easy and can be done via the GCash or GlobeOne app.

Yes, both the data and core services of Roam Kabayan can be used in multiple countries, provided those destinations are listed among the eligible partner countries

However, only data can be used in the Philippines and abroad. Roaming calls and texts can only be used while abroad, specifically in Roam Kabayan countries.

• Data Browsing: You will not be able to browse data. To use data, you must register for a different data roaming pack that covers your current location.
• Core Services (Calls/Texts): These services will be charged at Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rates, based on zonal rates, and deducted from your load. If you do not have enough load, you will be unable to use core services.

Roam Kabayan only covers incoming roaming calls. If you make an outgoing call while abroad, you need to have sufficient load balance, and you will be charged pay-per-use rates. 

You can subscribe to other call, text, and data roaming promos, such as GoRoam, while your Roam Kabayan offer is active. You may also register for a second Roam Kabayan promo; however, please note that the data from your initial offer will still expire based on its original validity period.

To monitor your Roam Kabayan pack's remaining data, check the "Roaming" tab in the GlobeOne app or text ROAM DATA BAL or DATA BAL to 8080. 

However, there is currently no way to check your remaining call and text allowance. To monitor this usage, please refer to your phone’s call logs and message history:

• Call Logs: Open your Phone app and tap the Recents (or Calls) tab to view your call history.
• Message History: Open your Messages app and check individual conversations.

Yes, you can subscribe to a different roaming promo, including data or core promos, even if you currently have an active Roam Kabayan offer. 

However, you are not allowed to register for the same Roam Kabayan package simultaneously.

Yes. Registration for a Roam Kabayan pack while in the Philippines will immediately activate the promo. The usage will then depend on the local promo that is currently active. However, please note that not all local promos are covered by Roam Kabayan packs.
