Log in to MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph
From the Account List page, select your Postpaid account and then click on the "Manage Account" button.
That takes you to your Account Dashboard. Click the "Temporarily disconnect my line" button in the "I WANT TO…" section of the page
Select your reason for your request, then choose the date you'd like your disconnection to begin and the date you'd like to be reconnected.
Once you're done, click "Send".
