Popular FAQs for Billing

What is Globe’s payment due date extension? What’s my new due date?

Our due date extension aims to help customers who may not be able to pay their bills on time due to the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ). We extended the billing due dates from March 15 to May 15 for all Postpaid mobile and broadband customers, including business and enterprise. This gives our customers a total of up to 60 days of extension equivalent to two months of unpaid bills.

Bill cycles with payment due dates before May 15 have been extended to May 15, while the due dates of all other bill cycles will follow the extended dates stated in the bill.
