About Bill Payment FAQs
Where can I pay my Globe bill?
You may pay your bill using these digital channels - GlobeOne and GCash apps. You can access these channels any time, anywhere.
If you're paying via credit card or GCash, you may also settle your Globe bill through our online bills payment service at www.globe.com.ph/paybill.
For business and enterprise accounts, you may pay through your bank's online payment facilities, via wire transfer or via www.globe.com.ph/paybillcorp.
When is the best time for me to pay my Globe bill?
We encourage you to pay on or before the due date to avoid any inconvenience with your Globe account.
Will I be allowed to pay for a Globe postpaid account that is not under my name?
Yes of course! You can pay for other postpaid accounts. If you are using a credit card to pay, the card holder must be present for over the counter payments. For payments to be made online, the card holder must be able to provide the necessary card verification details.
What do I need to present when paying my Globe bill over the counter?
You only need to provide your Globe Account Number and Full Name to the Cashier.
How do I pay for my Globe bill if I will use a check as payment?
All check payments should be made payable to Globe Telecom. Write your Full Name, Globe Mobile Number and Globe Account Number legibly at the back of the check.
Can I pay for multiple accounts?
Yes! Just remember that when paying for multiple accounts, you need to provide a detailed breakdown of the payment intended for each account. This is to ensure that the correct amount is credited to the proper account.
When can I expect my payment to be posted?
Payment will be posted to the account the following business day from payment date.
I can't make any outgoing calls and texts because of overdue balance. How can I reconnect my line?
The first step is to settle your remaining balance. To get the details of how much you have to pay, you can check your latest Globe bill. You can also view your bill details via the GlobeOne app at https://www.globe.com.ph/apps-content/globeone.html.
After your balance is paid, your line will be reconnected within 2 hours.
What happens if I'm late with my bill payment?
Like most service companies, Globe expects customers to pay their bill on time. We're working to bring customers more payment options, such as payment by phone and online, to make it even easier and more convenient for customers to pay on time.
Is Globe going to charge a late payment fee for mobile postpaid accounts?
Despite previous announcements made, Globe will NOT charge customers a late payment fee.
We want customers to first try and experience the many convenient and new ways there are available to pay their bills. After we roll out and inform customers of these more convenient ways to pay their bills on time, we will revisit whether we will implement a late payment fee.
What are the possible reasons for my line to get disconnected temporarily?
Your line may get cut if you have accumulated unpaid bills, or if your usage went beyond your spending limit.
