Where can I pay my Globe bill?

If you're paying via credit card or GCash, the fastest, easiest and most secure way to settle your Globe bills is through online payment at www.globe.com.ph/paybill. You can do this anytime and anywhere, even at home! You will receive your official receipt through email within 24 hours for every successful payment.


If you're paying using cash, You can pay through any of our payment channels, too. Check out the complete list of our accredited payment channels here. You can also pay at the nearest Globe Store.

When is the best time for me to pay my Globe bill?

We encourage you to pay on or before the due date to avoid any inconvenience with your Globe account.

Will I be allowed to pay for a Globe postpaid account that is not under my name?

Yes of course! You can pay for other postpaid accounts. If you are using a credit card to pay, the card holder must be present for over the counter payments. For payments to be made online, the card holder must be able to provide the necessary card verification details.

What do I need to present when paying my Globe Bill over the counter?

You only need to provide your Globe Account Number and Full Name to the Cashier.

How do I pay for my Globe Bill if I will use a Check as payment?

All check payments should be made payable to Globe Telecom. Write your Full Name, Globe Mobile Number and Globe Account Number legibly at the back of the check.

Can I pay for multiple accounts?

Yes! Just remember that when Paying for Multiple Accounts, please provide a detailed breakdown of the payment intended for each account. This is to ensure that the correct amount is credited to the proper account.

When can I expect my payment to be posted?

Payment will be posted to the account the following business day from payment date.

I can't make any outgoing calls and texts because of overdue balance. How can I reconnect my line?

The first step is to settle your remaining balance. To get the details on how much you have to pay, you can check your latest Globe bill. You can also view your bill details online.

If you've already settled your remaining balance, you can request for reconnection by logging in to MyAccount at www.globe.com.ph/myaccount. Click on the ""View Account"" button next to your enrolled number, and click on ""Submit payment details and request for reconnection"" from the side panel. Fill out the form and click SEND.

That's it! Your line will be reconnected within 24 hours. If you don't have an online account, you can register and enroll your Globe number here.

You can also request for reconnection through our self-service hotline. Just call 211 and navigate your way to the reconnection menu.
