For business and enterprise accounts, you may pay through your bank's online payment facilities, via wire transfer or via www.globe.com.ph/paybillcorp.
When is the best time for me to pay my Globe bill?
We encourage you to pay on or before the due date to avoid any inconvenience with your Globe account.
If your due date falls on a holiday or weekend, we encourage you to pay your bill before the due date using same-day payment-posting channels.
Will I be allowed to pay for a Globe postpaid account that is not under my name?

I can't make any outgoing calls and texts because of overdue balance. How can I reconnect my line?
The first step is to settle your remaining balance. To get the details of how much you have to pay, you can check your latest Globe bill. You can also view your bill details via the GlobeOne app at https://www.globe.com.ph/apps-content/globeone.html.
After your balance is paid, your line will be reconnected within 2 hours.
What are the possible reasons for my line to get disconnected temporarily?
Your line may get cut if you have accumulated unpaid bills, or if your usage went beyond your spending limit.
