G Chance The Raffle 2023

What is new about G Chance the Raffle this year?

This year, we’re kicking off G Day celebration with G Chance the Raffle wherein you have a chance to win your dream of full and all-out rewards, prizes and experiences! Campaign runs from September 1 - 30, 2023. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-175059 Series of 2023.

How to earn entries for the raffle?

  1. Redeem raffle entries using Rewards points using the GlobeOne app
  2. Paying transactions via Points as Cash using Globe Rewards points
  3. You may also check other Globe Prepaid, TM, Globe Postpaid and Globe At Home offers on how to earn raffle entries.

Minimum requirement of 1 Rewards point to redeem 10 raffle entries. You’lll receive a text confirmation from 4438 for your successful redemption. For Globe At Home and Home Prepaid WiFi customers, no need to wait for the 4438 message,you can view your redeemed vouchers in the View Voucher sections in the GlobeOne app.


To validate entries, you need to complete your information via the Globe Registration Portal at https://glbe.co/GChance2023Reg


To know the number of earned entries, you may use the confirmation text from 4438. Please note that one unique message per successful transaction.

Who can join the campaign?

  • Open to all Filipinos aged 18 years old and above (Globe Prepaid, TM,Globe Fiber Prepaid, Home Prepaid WiFi, Globe Postpaid, Globe Platinum, Globe At Home Postpaid, Corporate Individual Accounts) can join the raffle.
  • Currently residing in the Philippines
  • With downloaded and registered mobile/account number via the GlobeOne app with and enough Globe Rewards points

Winners

Electric Vehicle

Winner of the Electric Vehicle must claim the prize at the branch within 60 days from winner verification via call and/or registered mail. Should the customer choose to have the car delivered to their address, the cost of shipping fee should be shouldered by the customer.

Gogoro Smartscooters

Winners of the Gogoro Smartscooters must claim their prize at the Gogoro Philippines Store within 60 days from winner verification via call and/or registered mail. Should the customer choose to have the item delivered to their address, the cost of shipping fee should be shouldered by the customer.

Intelligent Home Transformation package with Globe Home Squad and Xiaomi

Must be a Globe At Home customer since the devices will need to use its technology to integrate the devices

GFiber Prepaid Kaya Mo Now Package

Puregold Shopping Spree

Winners and Globe will identify the nearest Puregold store where can customer can shop.

  1. Winners of any of the international travel packages must be a passport holder. If not, they are required to apply for a passport at their own expense.
  2. Winners of the international travel packages must be a Globe mobile customer to be able to avail the Globe Roaming plan that they can use during their trip.
  3. The winner of the Japan Travel Package for 2 and his/her companion must be Japan visa holders. If not, the customers are responsible to apply for their Japan visa at their own expense. Globe, its partners, and its agency are not liable should the customer’s visa application get denied.
  4. Intelligent Home Transformation Package must be a Globe At Home customer to be able to integrate the IoT technology of the devices included in the package.

I have other accounts enrolled under the GlobeOne app, will the raffle entries be on a per account basis?

Yes. You may choose which enrolled Globe Rewards Account you will use for each transaction.

How will I know if I have won in the Raffle?

Winners will be chosen via a randomizer. Announcement of winners will be published via Globe’s social media channels on the following dates:

  • September 18, 2023
  • October 13, 2023

Winning customers will also be notified via text or call from an official Globe Telecom Inc. agency to verify their details. Prizes will be delivered/may be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification from Globe that you have won.

I used another account to redeem the entries, will the raffle entry notification be sent to him/her?

Yes. As part of a successful redemption transaction, a notification will be sent to the mobile number used to transact and if the other account is registered via the Globe Registration Portal.


Prize will only be awarded to the confirmed winner. In case of change in mobile number for seeding or address where the prize will be delivered, the winner must provide authorization and consent about these changes during the verification call.

How many times can I win in the Raffle?

You may only win once (1x) throughout the promo period and all your remaining entries will be deemed forfeited.

Do I need to have a GCash account to be able to receive my GCash credits prize?

Yes. You need to register and fully verify your GCash account so you can receive your GCash credits. In case your Rewards mobile number is different from my nominated verified GCash account, you can still get the prize as long as it is a valid and eligible GCash account and it was the one nominated by the winner.

Do I need to have a Zing account to be able to receive my Zing points prize?

Yes. You need to register and fully verify your GCash account so you can receive your Zing points.

Terms and Conditions

1. Open to all Globe customers aged 18 years old and above who are currently residing in the Philippines are eligible to join the raffle.

2.All Globe employees and agents of Globe and their relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining this promo.

3. Raffle prizes can be won by eligible customers residing anywhere in the Philippines unless otherwise stated.

4. Only the mobile number (for Mobile customers) or account number (for Broadband customers) used to redeem rewards can earn raffle entry via the GlobeOne App.

5. Cutoff for entries for each raffle draw are as follows:

6. Transactions made after the promo period are not eligible to earn raffle entries.

7. Each unique successful redemption message from 4438 serves as the customer’s valid raffle entry/entries.

8. Customers may also check their transaction history to check their redemptions in the GlobeOne app.

9. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a customer may have. However, redemption of rewards in the GlobeOne App is subject to the transaction cap of (15) per week for Mobile customers and twelve(12) per week for Broadband customers. I If the customer exceeds the transaction limit, he/she will receive an error prompt to try again the next week.

10. A customer can only win once (1x) throughout the raffle promo. Once a customer has won, all his/her remaining entries are forfeited and his/her mobile and/or account number/s will be removed from the raffle draw pool.

11. Customers that have already won a Raffle Prize (limited at 1) in the Raffle will not have their points reversed if they continue to redeem Raffle Entries in the GlobeOne app.

12. All winners are subject to verification and only account holders may win.

13. The customer is required to take full responsibility and liability for the information provided by them under the terms and conditions of the Globe Rewards G Chance the Raffle 2023 Promo. Globe and its agency reserves the right to verify the information provided by the participants. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of Globe or its agency, the customer will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.

14. The customers are required to have and/or provide Globe Telecom Inc. with a valid, active and fully verified GCash account where the cash prizes will be seeded. In case the customer does not have a GCash account, he/she must download the GCash app, create an account and get fully verified. Alternatively, winners can request for their cash prizes to be credited to them via bank transfer, with a proof of account via a validated deposit slip and or a copy of passbook. Account name in the said documents must have the same name as the winner. All winners who will request for seeding of prizes via bank transfer should also have a fully-verified GCash account. The verified GCash will be used to cross-check the details given for bank transfer.

15. Globe will never ask to divulge your password, OTP, MPINS or surrender SIM as part of claiming your prize.

16. The 20% Prize Tax will be paid by Globe Telecom Inc. where applicable.

17. DTI Representative will be invited to verify the system and during the raffle draw.

18. The Raffle Draw will be done digitally, over Zoom where:

a) Attendees: Globe Representative/s, Agency representative/s, DTI representative/s

b) Zoom URL will be provided by Globe or its agency and Globe or its agency will be screen-sharing

19. Announcement of raffle winners will be done via registered mail, SMS, social media, Globe Rewards Portal, and other channels on the following dates stated in the table below.

20. Customers hereby allow the use of their name and mobile number provided to Globe Telecom Inc. to be used only for the purposes of verification of identity, winners’ names via social media announcement post/s and seeding of prizes.

21. Raffle Prizes are NON-TRANSFERABLE but NOT convertible to cash.

22. Redemption or claiming of prizes is within 60 days upon receipt of notification from Globe.

23. Globe is not liable to offer replacement Raffle Entry for Raffle Entries or SMS notifications that were deleted or lost

24. All Globe employees and agents of Globe and their relatives up to the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining this promo.

25. Eligible Globe customers will receive an SMS notification from Globe on how to join the raffle. Customers will also see ads via Globe Telecom’s official Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages and other official channels promoting the campaign.

26. To validate their raffle entries, customers must fill out the registration portal form with their information. Customers need only to fill up this form once per Globe brand (ex. Globe Prepaid = 1 registration, Globe Postpaid = 1 registration) even after multiple redemption of raffle entries.

27. Promo period and earning of entries is from September 1, 9:00 AM until September 30, 2023 11:59PM only. Any transactions beyond the promo period will not be included.
