Who can subscribe to ONEPlan?
This offer is open to both new and existing Globe Postpaid customers. Existing Postpaid customers may subscribe to ONEPlan via change plan or re-contracting.
However, existing Globe At Home customers are NOT eligible for ONEPlan.
Do I get devices with the ONEPlan?
Sorry, devices such as mobile and landline phones are NOT bundled with ONEPlan.
If I subscribe to ONEPlan, what happens to my broadband plan after the contract period?
After the 24-month contract period, ONEPlan customers will be billed for their broadband plan at full price unless they renew to ONEPlan.
Example: OnePLAN 1799 (with FREE GFiber Flex 899)
During the 24-month contract:
- Mobile bill: ₱1,799
- Broadband bill: n/a
After the 24-month contract:
- Mobile bill: ₱1,799
- Broadband bill: ₱899
