Alberto M. de Larrazabal

Mr. de Larrazabal, 71, was elected to the Board with effect from September 1, 2026. He is likewise the Chairman of Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI) and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AREIT, Inc., Globe Capital Venture Holdings, Inc., and AC Infrastructure Holdings Corporation. Other directorships include Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), Yoma Strategic Holdings, Ltd., ENEX Energy Corp., Evro Mobility Solutions, Inc., AC Industrial Technology Holdings, Inc., Michigan Holdings, Inc., Merlin Solar Technologies, Inc., Pioneer Adhesives, Inc., Light Rail Manila Holdings, Inc., Light Rail Manila Corporation, Manila Polo Club, Inc., Gracie Square Holdings, Inc., FERCAT Holdings, Inc., Corullon Holdings, Inc., San Puente Holdings, Inc., Gilmon Holdings, Inc., and FBC Holdings, Inc.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Prior to the above, Mr. de Larrazabal served as Ayala Corporation's Chief Finance Officer from 2021 to 2025, and with Globe as its Chief Commercial Officer from 2015 to 2021, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2010 to 2015, and Treasury Head from 2006 to 2010.

Mr. de Larrazabal earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University in 1978.
