Mr. Periquet, Filipino, 64, has served as an Independent Director since April 25, 2023. He is also the Executive Chairman of AB Capital & Investment Corporation, and Chairman of the Campden Hill Group, Inc. Mr. Periquet is also a director of Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. and an independent director of the Albizia ASEAN Tenggara Fund, Semirara Mining and Power Corporation, Universal Robina Corporation, and JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Mr. Periquet is a Board Advisor to the ABS-CBN Corporation, DMCI Holdings, Inc., and the Tech for Good Institute (Singapore), and a member of the SEA Advisory Committee of British International Investments, a trustee of Lyceum University of the Philippines and a member of the Dean’s Global Advisory Council at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Mr. Periquet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the Ateneo de Manila University, a Master of Science degree in Economics from Oxford University, and an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
