Notice to the public: Starting August 1, 2019, TravelCare insurance will no longer be offered together with Globe Postpaid roaming promos and offers. Customers enrolled in Globe Postpaid roaming promos with free TravelCare insurance availed on or before July 31, 2019 will still be eligible to file a claim following TravelCare's Terms and Conditions.

Accidental Death
ACE Insurance will provide a lump sum cash benefit in case of loss of life due to an accident while traveling.
Medical Expenses
ACE Insurance will reimburse the medical expenses incurred as a result of an accident while traveling.
Trip Cancellation & Termination
ACE Insurance will recover flight ticket non-refundable payments, deposits, and out-of-the-pocket expense if in the unfortunate event that the trip is cancelled before scheduled departure date or terminated before the return date due to accidental death, bodily injury, and serious sickness of the insured or of an immediate family member.
Loss of Travel Documents
ACE Insurance will reimburse the insured for additional hotel, travel and communications expenses necessarily incurred in obtaining the replacement of a lost passport or visa, provided this is reported to the police within twenty-four hours of the discovery of the loss.
Baggage Loss / Damage
ACE Insurance will pay for the baggage and personal effects that were lost or damaged while in the possession of the hotel staff or common carrier or as a result of forceful taking by violent means. This includes coverage for Loss / Damage to Mobile Device limited to one (1) Mobile Device per insured per trip.
Baggage Delay
ACE Insurance will reimburse the insured for the emergency purchases of clothing and toiletries if the insured's checked-in baggage is delayed twelve hours or beyond.
Flight Delay
ACE Insurance will pay the insured a benefit for each consecutive twelve-hour flight delay due to inclement weather or equipment failure.
Globe TravelCare is especially designed for Globe subscribers and is underwritten by Insurance Company of North America (ACE Insurance).
If you need to make a claim, fill out the Travel Claim Form and submit to ACE Insurance. The claim form has to be completed, signed, and attached with the necessary documents. Please note that all claims notification must be sent to ACE Insurance within 30 days after the occurrence or commencement.

- Once redeemed, your Roam Surf Plus freebie will be valid for 24 hours. Please be reminded that you only have 30 minutes of outgoing calls. Once you exceed the allowable minutes, standard roaming rates will apply.
- Customers can only redeem a Roam Surf Plus freebie once per Roam Surf subscription. Every time you renew your Roam Surf 599, you must register again to claim the Roam Surf Plus freebie.
