Where are GrabFood eGift codes valid?

GrabFood is currently available in most areas of Metro Manila and select areas in Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga and Cebu

• Metro Manila: BGC Taguig, Makati, Ortigas, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Manila, Pasay, Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Valenzuela. Caloocan, Malabon and Navotas
• Rizal: Antipolo and Cainta
• Cavite: Imus and Bacoor
• Pampanga: Angeles and Clark
• Cebu: Cebu City, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu
   

How to redeem a reward via the GlobeOne app?

1. Download via Play store or App store and/or open the GlobeOne app.
2. Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: GrabFood
3. Click Next then Redeem
4. Wait for the confirmation from 443 for Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the 4438 message, go to View voucher section in GlobeOne.
    

How to use my voucher?

Check your redeemed vouchers in the View Voucher section in GlobeOne. If the code is via an egift link, copy the link and paste it to the mobile browser. If it’s a voucher code, you may enter the code at partner’s app or website prior checkout.

How will I know if I have successfully redeemed?

You’ll get a confirmation message from 4438 or click View voucher from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu, click View voucher section.

Is there a minimum amount of order?

There’s no minimum amount of GrabFood order required in availing the
voucher.

When are GRABFOOD eGift codes valid?

GrabFood eGift codes are valid 60 days after the end of the promo period.

If I already entered the code and the order was canceled (by customer/driver) can I still use the code?

Yes, code will be returned and use the code again.

What are the restrictions?

• The eGift code can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash credit, discounts, or other goods and services.
• The GrabFood eGift codes are valid at least 60 days after the redemption
   

I have accidentally lost/deleted/ not received my voucher code from 4438. What should I do?

If you’ve successfully redeemed the voucher, you may also click the View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu.
