- How to redeem via the GlobeOne app and use the code?
How to redeem via the GlobeOne app:
1. Open the GlobeOne app
2. Choose Jollibee
3. Redeem the offer using Rewards Points by clicking Next then Redeem
4. Successfully redeems Reward and receives text
5. You may also tap View vouchers section in GlobeOne to check your redeemed voucher code
To use the code:
1. Show the voucher code received from 4438 to crew/staff and mention that you’ll be claiming your treat via Globe Rewards.
2. Enjoy your food treat!
- What treat can I get and for how many points?
You may choose among the Jollibee treats that’s available in the GlobeOne app.
Please note that the required rewards points, voucher offer/s and promo duration are subject to change. Make sure to check the GlobeOne app to know the partner’s current rewards and promo offer.

- Where are Jollibee treat codes valid?
You may claim your treats at any Jollibee store nationwide. Valid for front counter dine-in or take-out orders only. Not valid for Jollibee Drive-Thru, Delivery or Kiosks.
- Until when are these valid?
The Jollibee treats codes are valid 60 days after the end of the promo period.
- I have accidentally lost/deleted/ not received my voucher code from 4438. What should I do?
If you’ve successfully redeemed the voucher, you may click the View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu.
- Why can’t I redeem?

- What are the restrictions?
- The Jollibee treats code can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash credit, discounts, or other goods and services.
- Customers are allowed to redeem a maximum of three (3) Jollibee treats codes per transaction, Jollibee store, per visit, per day.
- The Jollibee treats code is not valid in conjunction with any on-going promotions or discounts of Jollibee.
- Globe is not liable to offer a replacement code for codes that are used or expired.
