Convert and redeem your Globe Rewards points to GCash.

1. You can convert and redeem Rewards points and receive a buy load voucher from GCash respectively. The amount of load will be reflected in your account within 3 days after conversion. A text notification will be sent confirming the conversion from rewards points to a buy load voucher to be used in the GCash app.
2. Promo is subject to the transaction cap of five (5) Globe Rewards transactions per day (except for BUY or Points-as-Cash transactions).
3. Not available for gifting via the New GlobeOne app.
4. Registered with a fully verified GCash account is required.
5. Make sure your registered mobile number in the GlobeOne app is the same account for GCash.
   

Absolutely! You need to register and fully verify your GCash account so you can receive your GCash Buy Load Voucher.

We'll follow our current rewards redemption limit of 5x a day. Make sure you have downloaded the GCash app, registered and fully verified your account to receive your Gcash Buy Load Voucher.

1. As a Globe Postpaid, Platinum, Globe Prepaid, or TM customer,
   1. You must be registered with enough points in Globe Rewards.
   2. You must use your New GlobeOne app registered account or mobile number. Make sure your New GlobeOne app is updated.
2. As a GCash user,

1. You must be registered and fully verified in GCash.
2. Your GCash-registered mobile number should be the same mobile number registered to your New GlobeOne app. Make sure version of the apps is updated.
3. Personal accounts should only be used for this promo.
4. Your GCash account must not be expired, suspended, or blacklisted.
5. Always make sure all your personal information is legitimate, correct, updated and accurate.
   

To convert and redeem points to GCash Buy Load Voucher, follow the steps below:

1. Download the Globe Rewards app or GlobeOne app and log-in to your account.
2. Go to the Rewards section. Tap the Rewards option that is found at the bottom right corner of the app screen.
   
3. Tap Redeem and you will be redirected to the Rewards catalog.
   
4. Choose which account that will be used to redeem (if with multiple accounts enrolled) to use for voucher redemption. Then, choose or search for GCash and choose the GCash voucher you wish to redeem.
   
5. Display Promo Details and click Redeem.

6. Confirm details and click Redeem.

7. Receive in-app notification then 4438 text notification informing that the GCash amount will be received in your app within 3 days after redemption.

You’ll receive the GCash Buy Load Voucher within 3 working days. Make sure your GCash account is fully verified to get the GCash buy load voucher. Use the same account or mobile number for GCash and GlobeOne app.

Due to numerous requests, there might be a delay in receiving GCash text notification but we can assure you that your GCash Buy Load Voucher has been sent. You may also view your GCash voucher pocket via the GCash app to know if you were able to claim the voucher.
