- How do I register to these new offers?
You can use the GlobeOne while you’re abroad and pay via GCash, credit or debit card, e-wallet, bank transfer, or charge to load. You may also use the GCash app by clicking Load and selecting Roaming.
You may also register to these new offers for up to 1 year in advance on GlobeOne and pay via charge to load.
- What happens if I travel to two countries with this service within the promo validity period?
All-new Roam Surf Global Packs can be used in more than one country as long as they are Roam Surf partners. Because you can use one promo in multiple destinations, All-New Roam Surf offers are perfect for cross-country trips.
- How will I know if the promo is activated when data roaming is enabled?
You'll receive a notification upon first data usage to signify the beginning of the promo duration. You'll also receive pre-expiry notifications before the end of your promo validity. Lastly, you’ll receive a final notification that your promo has already expired.
To continue browsing once your promo expires, you may register to a new data roaming promo. Remember that no data roaming promo, no data browsing.
- Will there be any restrictions on my browsing if I use the All-New Roam Surf promos?

You can’t subscribe to other all-access packs since your registration already gives you unrestricted access to data during the promo validity period. However, you may register to app-only packs like Roam Facebook 100, 300, and 500. Please note that all other app-only packs will no longer be available starting December 2024.
- What’s the difference between regular GoRoam and All-New Roam Surf offers?
Unlike the regular Roam Surf offers that work across different destinations abroad and in cross-country trips, GoRoam promos are country-specific, and have their own data allowance, validity, and price.
- Will my existing Roam Surf promo be affected if I register for the All-new Roam Surf Global Packs?
No, the existing active Roam Surf promo will not be affected. You may still use the promo until it expires, after which you can register for the All-New Roam Surf Global Packs.
