Recontracting? What does that mean?

Recontracting means renewing your subscription contract once you go past your contract period (usually two years). By recontracting, you can also avail of a new handset for free or with a certain cash-out, depending on your plan.

Awesome! How can I apply for recontracting?

Simple! Just dial (02) 7301000 and a customer service representative will help check your eligibility for recontracting. If you're eligible for recontracting, just choose your desired handset. If your chosen handset is available, it will be delivered to you within 24-48 hours (Metro Manila) or 3-5 days (outside Metro Manila).

You will also need to sign a recontracting form to be given to the courier upon delivery of your handset.

What are the requirements for recontracting?

In order to recontract you must:

  • have an active account
  • have an account that's either out of contract, or will be out of contract in 30 days or less.
  • have no overdue balance
  • download and sign a recontracting form
